Complaints Procedure
Atherton Bailey LLP provides a high level of professional care and quality of service. However, if there are situations where you feel that you need to complain about the service you have received, you should set out your complaint in writing to the resident partner in the office with which you are dealing. If you feel that you have not received a satisfactory response to your complaint then you should contact Ranjit Bajjon at our Worthing office who will instruct an independent partner to review your complaint and our response.
